Shipping and return
Please read these shipping and return conditions carefully before using www.les-saisons.dk (the “service”) operated by Les Saisons I/S (“Les Saisons”).
1. Shipping policy
Orders will be processed and mailed every friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next week.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email & the shipping tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox.
Les Saisons is not responsible for any payment custom costs.
2. Shipping
All local orders to Denmark will be shipping with daoHOME.
If the parcel is too big to fit inside, they put it in a plastic bag at the door. If it is not possible to deliver the parcel to the door, or if this is deemed unsafe, they will take it to the nearest daoSHOP. If the parcel is handed in for shipment from a daoSHOP, the parcel will have an expected delivery time of 2-4 days.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.
Les Saisons is not responsible for the payment of this duty.
By law, we cannot change the order value on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international orders are shipped via daoGLOBAL (DHL once arrived abroad) or Postnord, depending of the country.
3. Online exchange policy
We are glad to exchange any full-price (without shipping costs), unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your online order.
All returned items for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Les Saisons is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible once we receive the product back. Allow up to 7 days from that date for your refund to be processed. Product returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final after 30 days of purchase.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
